Booking Policy:

Booking Policy: 25% deposit to secure booking. Balance due 2 days prior to arrival.

Booking amendments & changes to booking date = $50 charge.

                                                                     Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations made >14 days prior to arrival will be refunded, minus $50 cancellation fee,(excluding peak holiday period).

Cancellations made <14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the 25% deposit.

Peak Holiday Cancellation Policy- Cancellations made <60 days prior to arrival will forfeit the 25% deposit.

(Peak holiday period defined as dates: Dec15 2023 - Jan 31 2024; Easter Long weekend 6-10 April 2024,
